Overview

These terms apply when you use the ProblemPilot public problem scan, create an account or use a saved case and its related features.

Service limitation

ProblemPilot provides general organisational information. It does not guarantee that a complaint, refund, appeal or dispute will succeed.

Information and organisational support

ProblemPilot organises information and prepares communication. It does not provide regulated professional advice, act as your representative or guarantee any complaint, refund, appeal or dispute outcome.

The service can help structure a problem, identify missing information, record an action plan and keep evidence, drafts, replies, deadlines and reminders together.

Accounts and access

Keep your sign-in details secure and use your own account. Access to a case is limited to the account owner and people who have been given the relevant case or family-workspace permission.

Do not use another person's account or attempt to bypass account, plan or case-access controls. You are responsible for checking that any person you invite should receive the permission selected for that case or workspace.

You remain in control

Review every draft, source and recommended action before relying on it or sending it to another person or organisation.

You decide whether to follow a suggested action, upload evidence, save a draft, share a case or use information outside ProblemPilot. The service does not automatically submit a complaint or send a draft on your behalf.

Acceptable use

Only upload information you are authorised to process. Do not use the service to facilitate harm, fraud, harassment or unlawful conduct.

  • Do not attempt to access another user's private case or evidence.
  • Do not submit malicious files or instructions intended to manipulate the service.
  • Do not use ProblemPilot to impersonate another person or misrepresent evidence.
  • Do not use generated wording as a substitute for checking important facts.

Uploaded content

You are responsible for deciding what material to upload and for ensuring that you are authorised to use it. Remove irrelevant personal information before adding evidence.

Uploaded documents are treated as evidence, not as trusted instructions to the service. File checks and access controls do not remove your responsibility to review the material you provide.

Security reminder

Never enter passwords, PINs or full payment-card details. Do not upload material simply because it is available to you if you are not authorised to use it.

AI-generated output

Problem scans, action plans, document extraction, drafts, translations and reply analyses can contain errors, omissions or missing context. They are starting points for your review, not final professional judgements.

Verify important facts, dates, amounts, sources and deadlines before relying on an output or sending a message prepared with the service.

Review before use

AI output may sound confident even when information is incomplete. Check the underlying evidence and use a qualified professional where the matter requires one.

Plans and paid access

Current plan descriptions, prices and billing intervals are shown before purchase and on the Pricing page. Signed-in users can view the applicable plan and available account controls in Billing.

A Single Case Pass is linked to one case. Subscription features depend on the current verified entitlement recorded for the account. A failed or incomplete checkout does not activate paid access.

Service availability and reminders

ProblemPilot can be unavailable during maintenance, provider disruption or an unexpected technical failure. Keep an independent copy of records that you may need outside the service.

In-app reminders are organisational tools. They are not a substitute for independently checking an urgent or legally significant deadline.

Urgent and specialist matters

For immediate danger, emergencies or urgent legal deadlines, contact the appropriate emergency service or a suitably qualified professional. Do not wait for a ProblemPilot response where delay could cause harm.

Service limitations

ProblemPilot does not diagnose, represent you in criminal matters, provide investment recommendations or guarantee a complaint, refund, appeal or dispute outcome.

Important decisions remain yours. Use a suitably qualified professional where the matter requires regulated advice, representation or an urgent decision.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date at the top of the page identifies the version currently published by ProblemPilot.
